All orders in the continental U.S. over $100 receive free standard shipping. If your order is less than $100, the shipping will be calculated upon weight.
Orders with standard shipping will ship out in 2-3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 P.M. EST. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping options: standard shipping (2-8 business days), expedited shipping (3 business days) and expedited shipping (2 business days).
Lost packages: if you do not receive your order, we will contact the carrier to find out why you did not receive it. If your package was delivered to the address on your order and confirmed by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the correct shipping address is entered.
Any items that are purchased with a coupon code for 25% or more will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange. Any items that are purchased and marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
If you receive an item and it is damaged, please send a picture of the item and sku # to email@example.com. Damages must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
We accept returns up to 15 days from the date of delivery for refund or store credit. We only accept returns for items that have been unworn, with original tags attached. Any items that are returned to us with makeup, perfume or any other stains, will be shipped back to the customer and subject to the additional shipping cost.
The color and patterns of some items may not be exact due to lighting and photography lens. This does not qualify as a defect and we will not accept any returns for these reasons.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box. Any damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. If we receive shoes that meet this criteria, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
Refunds and returns will only be issued to the original form of payment.
Any store credit issued for a refund must be used on a future purchase – it can’t be used on the original purchase from which it was received.
If your product meets all of the criteria for return or refund, please be advised that shipping costs for all item(s) sent back to Divine Rabbit Boutique are paid for by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). When the return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address that the order was placed on.
